CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS
- If you cancel 1 month prior to the planned start/arrival date, you will be reimbursed 50% of the total payment (minus the bank fees induced by the transfer of money). For a reasonable reason. Except if there was a reservation in a hotel where their policy is no reimbursements.
- If you cancel 2 weeks prior to the planned start/arrival date, you will be reimbursed 35% of the total payment (minus the bank fees induced by the transfer of money). For a reasonable reason. Except if there was a reservation in a hotel where their policy is no reimbursements.
- If you cancel during one week or less prior to the planned start/arrival date, there will be no reimbursement.
