Should I bring cash, traveler's checks, or a credit card?
We suggest that students bring bankcards (whether personal or credit that have a 4 digit pin) and withdraw money from local bankomats (ATMs), or bring traveler’s checks in US dollar denominations. These are the safest ways, and some banks in Antigua do not charge commission for exchanging traveler’s checks. Although you should bring some cash with you, please avoid traveling with an excessive amount
